The Plus DataTemplates module is an extension of the Plus Workflow system that allows users to create data templates and reuse them in task forms.

The Plus DataTemplates enables saving the repetitive data as a template and using it during the work with other documents.

  • The scope of the plug-in’s functionalities includes: Ability to save values from a table in a form and use them as a template;
  • Ability to define a default template;
  • Application – cost-allocation keys – percentage or quantity, repetitive data of contracts, letters of application, letters, purchase requisition items.

Characteristics

To reuse the data in other tasks, it is essential to save the completed table as a template.

To use a specific template, load it from the list of templates available in the system.

After adding the template to a task, all data downloaded from it is saved on the form.
