Plus DOC

A Plus Doc is a module of the Plus Workflow system. It enables adding a new version of the document to the task in the Plus Workflow from the level of Microsoft Word.

The Plus Doc module is an extension of the functionalities of the Plus Workflow system. The component helps to manage the documents from the level of the Microsoft Office Word application and to submit the changes to the Plus Workflow system. It is also possible to display a list of versions of the edited document, compare it, and open any of the previous versions. All the mentioned actions are possible thanks to the integration of the Workflow platform with the MS Office.


After adding the module to the MS Word program, on the menu ribbon, there will appear a new icon representing the Plus DOC.

After selecting the above icon from the menu, a module management panel will appear.

License characteristics of the plug-in:

  • License – for the server, an unlimited number of users, processes, and documents,
  • The component designed for the server version of Plus Workflow,
  • Supported versions of Microsoft Office Word: 2016, 2019, 365,
  • The component is available with the Plus Workflow system license from version 3.1.
