A Plus GDPR module is an extension of the functionality of the Plus Workflow system. The module allows users to, in an ergonomic way, meet all the rights of a natural person, arising from the requirements of the GDPR.

The Plus GDPR is a module that allows the Plus Workflow user to perform actions on personal data (exporting, deleting, modifying) with the usage of a graphical interface.

These operations include:

  • the right to be informed (data export),
  • the right of data access (data export),
  • the right to data portability (data export),
  • the right to data rectification (data modification),
  • the right to restriction of processing (data modification),
  • the right to be forgotten (deleting data),
  • the right to object (deleting data).

Characteristics

The Plus GDPR enables the execution of actions on personal data such as exporting, modifying, and deleting. A user creates a new task – Plus GDPR. To perform these actions, the user must first find the data in the set via the ‘Personal data search’ tab. Then, by single-clicking on the select button or by pressing the ‘Select all’ button, the user indicates data to modify.

After selecting the results, press the ‘Execute‘ button, which will result in displaying a panel with available actions to perform on the previously indicated personal data.

License characteristics of the plug-in:

  • License – for the server, an unlimited number of users, processes, and documents,
  • The component designed for the server version of the Plus Workflow,
  • The component is available with the Plus Workflow system license from version 3.2.
