A Plus CSO is a solution dedicated to the Plus Workflow system. The module enables quick verification of a contractor in a database, based on data provided by the Polish Central Statistical Office website.

The extension of the Plus Workflow with the Plus CSO functionality enables the system users to check and download information about a business entity from the Polish Central Statistical Office while realizing tasks in the system. The data may be check by three parameters: Tax Identification Number, National Business Registry Number, or National Court Register. To download the data, the Plus Workflow system user does not have to use other applications or switch between browser windows. The feedback sent by the Polish Central Statistical Office service is saved in the process history of the system in the form of a comment or variable in the task form. The usage of the Plus CSO provides security for the company when starting cooperation with a new contractor, thanks to quick verification in a database. The data downloaded from the CSO database:

  • Name of a business entity,
  • Street,
  • Postcode,
  • Town,
  • Voivodeship,
  • Borough,
  • County,
  • Description,
  • Unit type,
  • Tax Identification Number,
  • National Business Registry Number.

Characteristics

After purchasing the Plus CSO, it is essential to conduct a basic configuration. The user should enter an address, from which the system has to download the data for verification. After that, the plugin is ready to be used.
