The Plus GRN module supports the invoice approval process reflected in the Plus Workflow system. It is used for pairing warehouse invoices with goods received notes (GRN) or purchase orders.

The module is a component of the Plus Workflow business process management system – it cannot function independently.

Characteristics

The Plus GRN module has a wide range of functionalities, such as:

  • Ability to dynamically assign full or partial GRN items to an invoice;
  • Ability to fully preview the invoice;
  • Quick access to the module, which is triggered directly from the invoice’s substantive description form in the Plus Workflow system;
  • Integration with an external (database, view) or internal data system to download data describing GRN documents and orders;
  • Ability to filter, group, and sum up values;
  • Ability to generate GRN documents’ tally in the form of PDF file saved in the electronic document archive.
