During a joint analysis of the problems faced by the client, the Suncode team proposed implementing the Plus Workflow platform and digitizing the following processes: recruiting a new employee, e-file, annual raises, changing working conditions + extending employment contracts, calculating quarterly and monthly bonuses, shareholder process, hiring a new employee. The implementation also included integration with the TETA system. For the implementation of the project for the client, we decided to appoint a dedicated project team, which provided ongoing support during the initial stages of the project.
