The history of the company dates back to 1991 when two brothers Marian and Janusz Schwark along with Arkadiusz Czysz established the company and created a printing plant – BSC S.C. In the year 1999, the plant was expanded with BSC Drukarnia Opakowań S.A. Currently, the company consists of two specialized production plants in Poznań and hires over 4000 employees. It is worth emphasizing that the company focuses on the production of highly processed packaging for the FMCG and pharmaceutical industries. Moreover, over 80% of output is supplied to reputable global corporations, such as procter&gamble, McDonald’s, Henkel, Avon, Colgate.

Implementation works included a reflection of the registration and acceptance of invoices processed in the Plus Workflow system, along with the mass scanning of invoices. BSC Drukarnia Opakowań also benefited from the documents archiving. Importantly, the Plus Workflow system has been fully integrated with the Symfonia SAGE in the scope of transmitting data about invoices. The system is exploited by 100 users in two scanning points, where monthly are scanned over 1,000 invoices.

As a result of the implementation of the Plus Workflow system, the whole process of invoices management at BSC DRUKARNIA OPAKOWAŃ S.A. is performed in an agile and user-friendly way. The automatization of the process has a positive impact on the optimization of activities and the minimization of their duration. The electronic archive, on the other hand, provides authorized users with access to critical information from the level of a web browser, regardless of the actual geographical location and time.
