We are proud to announce that another Ptak S.A. Company has joined the group of our clients – Ptak Warsaw Expo, one of the largest trade fair and congress centers in Central and Eastern Europe. This is a great honor for us and at the same time another step in building strong partnerships with market leaders.

For more than 2 years we have had the pleasure of realizing implementation projects for Ptak S.A. and its Companies, automating processes such as:

    • The process of handling cost invoices with integration to Symfonia system
    • The process of accepting contracts
    • The process of archiving contracts
    • The process of requesting new budgets
    • The process of pairing cost invoices with purchase requisitions (orders)

We are proud that the cooperation we started with Mandoria more than 2 years ago is constantly expanding its scope, bringing measurable benefits every day. Today we are not only carrying out work for Ptak Warsaw Expo, but also expanding the functionality of the system in other Companies.

Currently we are planning to implement the payment process, along with integration with Santander and Pekao SA banks, and in parallel we are implementing the system in the new Company.

Plus Workflow System in Ptak Warsaw Expo

The effects of our cooperation have prompted Ptak S.A. to implement the Plus Workflow system in its next company – Ptak Warsaw Expo. Currently, work is underway to automate the demand process and implement a dedicated mobile application. The implementation will cover 25 users, who will be able to process an unlimited number of documents and processes in the system.
