    In addition, the Electronic Document Workflow (EOD) Plus Workflow system allows communication with ERP/FK systems (IFS, SAP, QAD, Comarch, Oracle, Symfonia, Optima, etc.), the use of OCR solution (optical character recognition from the invoice image) and data exchange with the National e-Invoice System (KSeF), which ensures automation of the purchase invoice workflow process in the company and minimization of manual tasks.

In addition, each signed document, along with its metadata, is saved in Plus Workflow’s electronic document repository, giving authorized users access to a central, secure, fast and reliable database of company documents. Our platform is integrated with the largest providers of electronic signatures – DocuSign and Autenti and, in the case of qualified signatures, Polish trust service centers – Krajowa Izba Rozliczeniowa, PWPW, Asseco Data System, CenCert.
