Suncode supports the growth of Ptak Warsaw Expo!

We are proud to announce that another Ptak S.A. company has joined our client portfolio – Ptak Warsaw Expo, one of the largest trade fair and congress centers in Central and Eastern Europe. This is a tremendous honor for us and another milestone in building strong partnerships with market leaders.

For over two years, we have had the pleasure of delivering implementation projects for Ptak S.A. and its subsidiaries, automating processes such as:

- Cost invoice handling process with integration into the Symfonia system
- Contract approval workflow
- Contract archiving process
- New budget request workflow
- Matching cost invoices with purchase requisitions (purchase orders)

We are proud that the partnership we initiated over two years ago with Mandoria continues to expand its scope, delivering tangible benefits every day. Today, we are not only executing projects for Ptak Warsaw Expo, but also extending the system's functionalities across other group companies.

Plus Workflow system at Ptak Warsaw Expo

The results of our collaboration prompted Ptak S.A. to implement the Plus Workflow system in another subsidiary – Ptak Warsaw Expo. Work is currently underway on automating the purchase requisition process and deploying a dedicated mobile application. The deployment scope covers 25 users who will be able to process an unlimited volume of documents and workflows within the system.

Enables the simplification and systematization of the end-to-end process – from submitting purchase requests, through their approval, to final execution – while maintaining full control over expenditures.

Modern mobile application

Serves as the perfect extension of the Plus Workflow platform, enabling fast and intuitive real-time management of key processes, which significantly enhances user convenience and supports operational efficiency. Employees gain instant insight into current data and can execute business workflows from anywhere.
